If you have a Samsung and need it worked on, do NOT take it to Geek Squad in Best Buy in Hurst. Keypad didn't work, but it passed diagnostics. I told them "try to type a message". All I got was "it passed diagnostics". Didn't give a shit about anything but their damn diagnostics and said we could buy another phone.

Went to the Hulen store to buy a smartwatch, but it wasn't in stock. We called Hurst to ensure that the watch was still available. It was, so I paid for it to reserve it. Drove over to the Hurst store and they SOLD IT!!! Manager and customer service told me there was nothing they could do because they no longer had the watch...
If I could I would give this store and it's employee's zero stars. I went last night to make a purchase and after 15 minutes of being ignored I left... went back today to give them another chance and same results. Employee's standing around talking with each other as customers are ignored. I let the guy at the front of the store know about my experience the past two days and that they lost a sale.
