Geek Squad reps are unprofessional. Hanging up on customers over a disagreement with their bogus "protection plan" they sell that covers nothing in reality. Geek Squads Jeremy and his manager Steve are two of the worst customer service representatives I've ever encountered and I will not continue to do business at this location. DON'T BUY GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION.
If online chat is unavailable and no one answers the phone at the store, then I can't find out how to let a family member pick up my order, and then I guess BB doesn't want my money.
They could improve by not having just a 15 day return policy. I could see 15 days for something you don't have a receipt for, but I have a receipt for something I want to return because it doesn't work with my phone, A BIRTHDAY PRESENT by the way, and not only can I not return it, but I can't get store credit either. I finally bought myself a 7 port USB charger. I can now charge my thumb drive collection with ease. I'm very happy with my purchase and my wife is thrilled to get all the outlets in the house back to do silly things like vacuum and such.
Extremely Poor Customer Service!!! I am having trouble logging in to my account. Called customer service which was answered in Mexico 😟. Called many times without any luck. Ordering from Amazon now instead of Best Buy!!!
The stereo I bought was cheaper than I gave them credit for. Thought I was going to be disappointed. But I'm not.
