No one will ask if you need help barely acknowledge you at all.
I have been a loyal customer of best buy for a long time and I have a membership with the geek squad. I recently bought an expensive entertainment center and had the geek squad install it - it has MULTIPLE issues and doesn't work properly. I have been trying to get ANYONE to deal with the problem. The store says I have to call the 1800 geek squad - that service says they can't schedule a repair and they don't know why. I called corporate and a VERY RUDE receptionist said she wouldn't transfer me to anyone unless it was by na... read more
