I've been on hold 15min so far. The phone rang several times, but I keep being looped back on hold without anyone actually speaking.
I ordered a Surface Book 2 from Best Buy Online. This was shipped from this store and was received with no charger. I have tried to contact Best Buy Online who said it was Coralville's store issue that the box was improperly marked and no charger was received. After speaking with the store associate, the Geek Squad Manager, and Best Buy Online, I am still out a $100 charger for my $2100 computer. No solution has been reached!
Slowest service ever long line at in store pick up and they have employees just standing around looking at the line instead of helping.
Sold us a refrigerator that was broken, ordered us the wrong oven, and then the microwave unit was blown
Maybe by giving people explain a problem on the phone instead of your worker yelling at me then hanging up..VERY RUDE!!! Once I get the problem fixed i will NEVER go to Best Buy again!!!

I was hoping to buy a brand new printer at the Coralville location and was waiting in the location of the printers for someone to help. Usually I have no problem getting help but when I was there, the guy working in the department, who had seen me, walked away to talk to his friends at the registers by the door. I looked in his direction, at the Geek Squad counter, and then just walked out without a printer. I'm very disappointed in this place.
Please explain to me why there are no sales staff in the floor and only one register open for checking out 6 days before Christmas?
