Patiently waited while Salesman carried on a 15-20 min casual conversation with someone. When he finally got to me and I told him what I wanted, he had to go check the computer to find a car stereo w/all the features I wanted. As he heads toward a computer he sees another costumer and asks if he can help him...after 5 minutes I walked out.
I’ve been to Best Buy in Opelika twice this week. Can’t say I’m impressed. Three times they told me they didn’t carry what I was looking for. Three times I found what I was looking for in their store... they didn’t even attempt to look and see if they had it, just popped off a no. Thats a good way to lose business. Won’t be back.
Very Rude customer service. I just wanted to swap a item for a more expensive item but that's okay you didn't want my money so I'll take my business somewhere else.
They kept 175.00 of my money just because I did not read the receipt and the TV I bought had a cracked screen would not even swap it for the same TV but they will never get that chance again I will pay more for one before I go back in there again Rude people on top of that
I made a purchase tonight online and as soon as I accepted the amount the amount changed to a much higher amount.I immediately tried to cancel my order. That is just wrong and the same as stealing!
Awesome experience returning a tv damaged during shipping. Simply replaced with a smile!
They are good. I have had to go to the Geek Squad for help three times for my Samsung tablet and they take care of it in minutes.I am new at this and they teach me as they fix whatever my problem is
