Went to Best Buy today and they where busy waited 20 min on someone to help me finally asked someone for he said he would help me after he got done with his customer no problem He finished up about 10 min later when he came over to help me he decided to help the lady that just walked up instead of me then he told me he was busy he knew I was waiting on him

I went to the Best Buy in Opelika, AL to purchase a Microsoft Surface Pro. When I arrived, I saw a product that was listed for $699.00, but there was a sign that said it was $310.00 off of that price (and I took photos). Best Buy couldn't get it to ring up for that price and gave me some excuse that Microsoft sets the pricing. They refused to honor the sale price. Bought a Lenovo PC 9 months ago, won’t reboot because it’s a “software issue.” $200 to diagnose and reinstall software on a computer I paid $219.99 for at their store 9 months ago. Thanks but no thanks!!

The geek who called about my hard drive was rude. No one told me they don't even have the tools AT ALL to extract the old data from my old hard drive to put on my new one.
Management doesn’t like returning damaged products even if opened in store and only one they had and very rude about it as well contacting support now and they are pissed and helping me right now
