They went above and beyond! Customer service was great and they met every deadline promised. Our yard was completely out of control and now looks amazing! As I walked around admiring their work I was instantly less stressed out with the weight of weeding pruning and mulching lifted! I highly recommend Best Buds!
I have had a negative experience with Best Buds after they started work and charged for services I never contracted for. They also upcharged me for cedar mulch when they used oak bark mulch. Despite my attempt to work with them and resolve the issue, I continue to be billed with no communication or acknowledgement of my concerns.
