Installed our awnings on a cold windy day. They had to come back and fix some issues. The awnings werent working correctly so they had to replace 3. Out of 5. They blamed the issues on us, the customer. Weve used sun setter for over 20 years! We know how and when to operate and not! Then hit us with $1k bill (without telling us it would cost for them to put them in) to replace the defected ones. Best Awning did an EXCELLENT job on installing an awning on my historic log home. This work involved a high attention to detail to scribe the system trim to the logs. Their craftsmanship, customer service, and professionalism was outstanding. I spent my 45 year career as a builder, and I can highly recommend them as a quality service. Thanks for a great job!

I highly recommend Best Awning in Conifer. They overcame structural issues and installed my KE awning when other companies said they could not. My challenge was installing with steel studs and they purchased special hardware and researched how they could do it. It works perfect. I have talked to their owner, customer service reps and installers and all are very professional and courteous. This is my second 5-star review, the first was for the gutter that their sister service installed.

I would recommend Best Awning Company for a new Sunsetter Awning. ***** was very professional in explaining the new product and installation to me. This is the second one, we have had...our first one lasted 18 years...good product. Of course, the product has changed throughout the years...very much improved. If I had any questions....******* was always available to answer my questions. It has been over a month now..and I am enjoying my new awning. We absolutely love our new awning. Excellent product, installation and customer service. The installation was very professional and **** was extremely knowledgeable about the product and any questions we had. They left our deck in perfect condition and the awning is a wonderful addition to our home. Needless to say, we would highly recommend the team at Best Awning Company.

I could not be happier with the outcome of our updated awning. From start to finish, it was an amazing experience. the customer service was fast and very friendly, Teresa was just a joy to work with. I was able to work out what I needed over the phone and the ordering process was very easy to do. the installation was right on time and they did a great job on it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends, I am confident they will be as happy as I am with the results.

We purchased a motorized awning from Best Awning Company and are extremely happy with the quality and look of the awning and with the excellent service we received from the the owner, installation team, and customer service. There was a long delay in receiving the awning due to factory delays due to COVID. They kept us up to date and installed the awning without delay once it arrived. The men who did the installation did a great job, cleaned up the work area, and answered all questions.

Went thru Best Awning for our awning years ago. This spring we needed to replace the awning fabric and went thru Best Awning again. We were well taken care of by experienced people and they are always there to help anytime. Good company.

I recently had a motorized awning installed by Best Awning Company and was very satisfied with the whole process. The office kept me up-to-date with the delivery date, as there was a delay due to the huge demand for the product. The employee who worked with me to get me the lowest possible price for the awning and accessories I needed was very helpful.
