We had a new garage door installed a week ago and I am regretting using Besser Garage Doors. I paid a lot for the two garage doors as we have a 3 car garage. I accepted the cost of the two garage doors but then we asked to have the best rollers possible and we trusted them. They charged me $508 dollars for 2 sets of rollers that should only cost $50 dollars. Ryan G-TL replaced Torsion system rebuilt and large overhead springs and 5 brackets on the garage door. Lubricant applied. Reviewed the operation with myself and made sure the phone app worked as intended. Cleaned up and very professional.
