We bought a new AC unit 3 years ago. Since then, a new issue arises every other month. I asked for a call from Bertie to try and work it out, but no one called. I just wasted money so we can constantly check the AC, and were told we may need some equipment that wasn't even installed. So now our baseboard is damaged, we daily have to clean the pump.
