Went to Berthod the day after Thanksgiving looking at the 2018 Cherokee to trade our 2014 for. The car we were looking for was in transit, but Charlie Taylor came out to "give us a hand". He answered all of our questions and actually found 1 car on their lot which had the interior we were looking for....after seeing the interior...we pretty much had our minds made up. I bought my Car and my salesman Karl Krelovich was awesome. Got me everything I wanted and. Fought the car to me as I got off The plane.
We went down to look at the Compass and found out that it could not be flat towed. We were introduced to the Cherokee and Randy explained everything and we felt comfortable that was the car we needed. Now we are the proud owner of a 2017 Jeep Cherokee.
Very easy to work with. The team was fast and efficient.
I have a Jeep grand Cherokee and need to have the computer programed in order to use the 7 pin trailer connector. I called the service dept and was told there was no one available to take my call and would receive a call shortly. Roughly 7 hours later I received a call from the service Dept and told them what I needed. I was told they were roughly 5 weeks out. "5 Weeks Out". Karl and the dealership were amazing. I called - told him what I wanted - stopped,signed paperwork and now I'm just waiting on delivery. Painless. I spent a total of 20 min there signing papers. Berthod in general is awesome - that's why I just bought my second jeep!!! Thanks again!
