Sales and management incredibly rude. Could care less to have your business!!
They don’t care about you. They are in it for the money!!! They will tell you what you want to hear until it comes to making a deal!! They are a joke and would never recommend them.
Randy was great helping me through the whole process. He helped coordinated towing our old truck and the upfit of our new truck and he even brought the new truck to us which was a 45 minute drive. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend Randy.

Berthod Motors sold us a brand new Jeep with headlights that are so dim that they are dangerous at night. They cannot fix them, and they cannot offer any solutions or offer any suggestions that they will stand behind as to after market bulbs or light assemblies. Don’t buy from Berthod or you will be caught in the dark. Let Berthod Buyers Beware!
My salesperson (Jimmy) took my requirements to heart and was able to show me the exact vehicle I wanted after pondering my choices. Also, a big thumbs up to Erica who greeted me at the door and and helped lead me through the process, which was, to my surprise, painless. Excited to be a first time Jeep owner.

Charlie is a great salesman, not pushy but informative and easy to work with! Jim (business manager) is organized, kind, and he made everything paperwork-wise easy to understand! There is also another woman (Glenwood native who used to work in Alaska doing Jeep tours) that made my day quite great as well! I will be servicing my Jeep here every time (unless I'm traveling)...I love my Jeep Cherokee 2017 and I'm stoked to be a Jeep owner again!
