Worst service department in Glenwood Springs! I have a Toyota and a Chevy and use all three dealers for servicing my cars. The are rude and don’t communicate. They calling on the phone and it rings and rings when someone finally picks up they transfer you they get disconnected. Love my Ram hate the service in this location. They need training in customer service ASAP!

I just purchased my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Berthod. Everyone was very professional and I am very pleased with my new vehicle.
I tried a few different Ram dealers in Colorado and none of them were half as good to work with as Berthod Motors. Randy Tuggle was relaxed, helpful and got me a great deal. He definitely went out of his way to ensure my wife and i were taken care of. I cant say the same for any of these other dealers. Thanks Randy! I would definitely recommend Berthod and Randy. 10/10

My buying experience at Berthod's and more specifically, Steve Kyle, has been nothing but exceptional. He helped me narrow my choices, found the vehicle of choice and gave me a better price than I expected or had researched. We did this in a day and half while I juggled family and work! Their customer service is non existent!!! I was visiting Glenwood this past weekend, my Jeep Grand Cherokee's alternator went out. I limped it there Sunday morning, I called and left a message with a brief description of what was wrong and asked to be called first thing Monday morning. I heard nothing called at 7:30 again at 8:00. I received a call back at 2:30. Needless to say I had to take my vehicle elsewhere!
