I paid a considerable fee for services that were rendered poorly. The pest treatment had no effect on the ants in my yard. When I tried to follow up, there was no one answering the phone for weeks. When I finally did reach someone to tell them the treatment had no effect, they claimed they would come back "when we get a chance".
