He was a straight shooter and patient with my questions. Even though it was hard to watch, I left with a better understanding of what the surgery would entail (video) and a packet of all the steps. I also liked that the packet of info acknowledged how all the feelings were normal (scared, frustrated)
Great doctor focused on sports and dedicated to getting me back in the same shape I was in before surgery. I also thought he has great people working under him with the same goal.
Dr. Mandelbaum is very experienced. He is very direct with his diagnoses, treatment plan & expectations of recovery.

From the first visit, years ago up to the current surgery and care I've received, I am so pleased and feel very well taken care of. Dr. Mandelbaum and his team are exceptional and I haven't one single complaint. It's all been very positive.I also just love that his protocol for healing is very gentle yet it focuses on getting me back to where I want to be, in regards to my activities and sports. I'm healing so well and I feel strong & happy!
The care I have received from Dr. Mandelbaum and his team has been incredible - they are all thoughtful, kind and dedicated to finding solutions to address my knee pain. I always feel heard and everyone takes the time to explain any issues or treatments to me in a way I understand.
