Dr Mandelbaum came highly recommended! I definitely felt taken care of. He and I went over all of my options and after his recommendation, I went forward with the procedure. In the end, it was the best decision I made, and he took good care of me. Felt like a family doctor.
He is absolutely the best. He takes his time and he really knows how to deal with athletes! He gave my daughter a pep talk every visit we had with him. He is truly one of a kind! I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Mandelbaum is one of a kind. Outstanding surgeon and amazing human. His ability to immediately make you feel comfortable, listen carefully, and answer all questions puts you at ease. One less thing to worry about when dealing with the physical and emotional challenges that come from major surgery. The office is very well run, and the detailed information about your procedure and your recovery help so much. I could not recommend him higher and it is worth every mile I traveled from out of town to see him.

Dr Mandelbaum is an absolutely incredible physician. He listens to what your goals are but is also honest about the recovery process and keeps you accountable. I believe my recovery was the best because I went to the best doctor. He and his team is top notch and that’s why I drove over 2 hours to be apart of his practice. I tore my ACL and had to have reconstruction surgery. Not only is Dr. Mandelbaum one of the best doctors in LA, he also has a great bedside manner. He is thorough; he made sure I understood all of the steps along the way and guided me on a very successful rehab journey. I highly recommend .

The only way this would have been a positive experience is if I already had a medical degree and already knew the protocol for what to do with my type of injury. As I type this, I have a torn meniscus and I was not told activities to avoid, which are safe, what to expect... Can I go to work, can I drive (I haven't been able to) Very frustrating.
