Leasing office staff are very friendly, and are very helpful when you have a problem. I had the managers contact me to make sure that everything was fine after I had my heating checked. They are very helpful in all matters, and very understanding.
I really really enjoy living here! Hands down the best living experience I have had during college (including summers). The apartments are extremely spacious and clean. The overall complex is very well kept and comfortable. I have had bad experiences with complexes that allow dogs but don't make sure the residents clean up after them. Berry Tree is awesome! The staff goes out of their way to help you out, even for the smallest of things. They are extremely concerned about your happiness and really take care/spoil their residents. There is always some fun event planned, a contest, or a raffle to treat us. I LOVE LIVING HERE!!
