Leasing office worked with me everyday for a month to find a last minute apartment. They checked in with residents daily to stay updated, and they ended up finding an opening. For any maintenance issues that arise, the maintence crew is there promptly to fix the problem. Thanks again!

Staff is great! I literally signed a lease because of them. The apt is spacious and quiet. Close to campus and on a bus route. Also they host fun events which I Love!
What's not to love about living at Berrytree, not only do the groundskeepers do an amazing job keeping the landscape beautiful year round, i can get a free cup of delicious Starbucks coffee only a short walk from my apartment. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out with a variety of requests. I'm 100% sure Berrytree is the best of the best when it comes to campus communities! (The gym and the pool are nice bonuses too)
I love how friendly and helpful the staff is, and I love the location! Also, the fitness center & the pool are very nice!
I absolutely love Berrytree! My husband and I moved here from California and he had to move in before me and the staff at Berrytree were very helpful and accommodating to us during that process! We love how clean the leasing office is and we especially love the free coffee, popcorn, and candy! Our actual apartment is very nice and spacious and the staff here always go the extra mile whenever we have maintenance requests. We moved this year to a different apartment complex for slightly cheaper rent- we regret it so much!!! BerryTree is worth every penny, and we just signed for fall 2017- can't wait to move back here.
