Owner David Laxer carries on the tradition of excellence begun by his father Bern more than 40 years ago. Beef connoisseurs should make this restaurant first on their list of culinary stops. Known for its large selection of melt-in-your mouth aged beef, it is easy to see why it has won a wall full of awards. The “putting on the ritz” crowd have some 25 types of caviar to ponder and a wine cellar that pushed one half million bottles.

This place is amazing- its like the Disney World of Steak Houses. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and the tour at the end and Dessert room is phenomenal. Go here!!
Had dinner with my husband here last night and it was simply amazing. I was so impressed with the quality of service and food. We absolutely loved the kitchen tour and dessert room upstairs. Definitely an unforgettable night! Can't wait to come back and see y'all!!
The dinner was fabulous, as usual, but when we were told that we cannot have coffee or dessert unless we go up to the dessert room, that's not only rude, but extremely disappointing. BTW, we were celebrating 4 family birthdays. Will probably go somewhere else next time. Shame on you, Bern's!
One of the top steak houses in the state of Florida!
The meal, ambiance, service, kitchen and wine room tour, and dessert room were absolutely phenomenal. This restaurant is an experience to say the least...and it might just so happen to be the most memorable one I've ever had a dining facility.
Wish I could rate higher than 5! The food is phenomenal! The staff are gracious, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We especially want to thank B. Palmer, Frank and Carl for a wonderful 60th anniversary for our parents!
Phenomenal drinks, dinner and dessert. Our server Todd was awesome. Can't wait to visit again
