In early December I purchased my 3rd Bernina machine - this one from BSC. I immediately signed up for Steve's Maintenance class. If you haven't taken it you need to! I now feel much more confident about caring for my machine, plus choosing needles and thread. I made so many notes in my machine manual so I wouldn't forget all the great information. Thanks Steve!

I can't say enough positives about this shop, from the friendly staff to the honest owners Mel & Steve. This shop truly cares about their customers. The shop is lovely. The classes are instructional, fun and well worth every penny. I would encourage any one to do business with Mel and Steve. They will treat you right and always do the right thing. Oh my goodness I've had The Best customer service in my life...I live in New York but bought a Qbot, long arm software program, from Mel and Steve. I've had issues with it and called Mel...she and Steve got on a plane and arrived this morning and fixed my self imposed problem���. Does it get any better than that? I don't think it does!!!
I just had my yearly maintenance done on my machine I purchased a year ago from Mel and Steve. When I went to the counter to pay I was pleasantly surprised there was no charge on my first yearly checkup!! Wow....I was not expecting that! This is the 3rd machine I have purchased from Bernina Sewing Centre and have loved them all! I can not say enough how much I appreciate all they do for their customers.
