Awesome shop! I live in Titusville FL and I will take my business to them and them alone. Outstanding customer service and repair facility. Found out I have been threading my new machine incorrectly (which I bought somewhere else)! I highly recommend this shop!
Beautiful shop filled with friendly knowledgeable staff. Steve and Mel are the best!!!
If you didn't purchase your machine from Steve he treats you rudely. I had trouble with my machine during a class. He told me to take it back "up there". He didn't know where I purchased my 790 except NOT from him. All of this was during the beginning of a class. I will not step foot in his business. Many other Bernina stores to visit. Beware Susan Distler
