I am currently storing a boat at bernie's Clearwater Mini Storage. I went there yesterday to access my unit in order to sell my boat and upon trying to enter via my passcode the machine said I was locked out of my unit due to non payment. They recently changed there system and now only accept payments via mail, since the change occurred this month and without notice, i called bernie and he told me approximately two weeks ago since they had just changed it to just mail it in and he wouldn't charge a late fee.
