I had a female work on my tooth about 3 years ago. Very unprofessional. She was discussing other clients she worked on with her assistant. One in particular was about a cavity she was drilling on that ended up being a root canal, because she drilled too much. Not something I want to hear while she's working on my tooth. My bad for not following up on a complaint I was planning on writing about her. Everyone else I came across in the office were wonderful. Especially the receptionist (office manager?)

I cannot recommend Shapiro Family Dentistry enough. The staff is so friendly and the office and rooms are very clean. Dr Neil is the absolute best. I am the biggest chicken in the world. We have been through so many procedures together and he always makes me feel safe and comfortable. He always takes the time to explain everything completely and gives me any time I need to regroup and calm my nerves. My dentist for life. .
