Bernard and the Nomberg team fought with us for the 7.5 years that my husband was on worker's compensation. He literally sold me out with the state workers.compensation system and my Company. He recommended that I settle one month after the doctor sent me back to work and advised me to take a settlement that panned out to not be in my best interest medically. He didn't communicate to me all of the important issues about the laws that I needed to know before signing the paper work. Don't depend on his word, get a second opinion.
