Review is for Berman Service Department. Third visit in 10 days. Problem still not fixed. Disorganized and long wait times when you arrive and try to check out. Not to mention the LONG service appointment each time. Some of the staff members are personable (Kelly is nice) but others- not so much. Third time owning an Infiniti and will be my last. Way too many issues and getting them fixed is a time suck.

My car has been there for more than a week and I have not received it or gotten any information from it. I’m paying money to do all these repairments. When I called no one knew what was going on and kept changing the person who was supposed to be my counselor and when they sent messages and call them to ask about it, they never know what the messages are about. The worst of it all is that there is no organization whatsoever.
Eddy Lindt was amazing took car buying to a whole other level! Everything was ready when we came we just had to sign and ready to go with our new car! Eddie gave us all the quotes over email and via phone so we don't waste time sitting at the dealership so when we came in we just had to sign our lease and done. He worked with us to give us an absolute best price and made the whole experience so pleasant. He was a pleasure to work with and will only lease with him in the future!
