Bought a certified Pre owned 2017 qx60 vehicle here 6 months ago and it has been in the shop for 25% of the time I have had it. I have had to bring it back multiple times for the same issues and every time it’s like pulling teeth to get results. A two days service job turns into 11 days. I don’t feel like I am told the truth when it is in The shop about the work being done and that their certified technicians are terrible at their jobs.
