•••BERMAN INFINITI CONSUMER FRAUD••• — Be careful when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti from Berman as they will slip in a $998 "Certification Fee" / "Itemized Accessory Fee" onto the price of the vehicle. As I've found out through Infiniti North America, Infiniti dealers DO NOT charge a cerfification fee in addition to the price of the vehicle. It's a shame that Berman is committing fraudulent business practices during this difficult time.
We were very happy with our experience at Berman Infiniti. We were provided exceptional service by Howard, Louis and Chloe. The process was painless and smooth and we love our new QX50. We highly recommended using this dealership.

omg where can i begin! I had such a bad experience at the dealership where i purchased my Infiniti so I was anxious to see how Berman would treat me. I scheduled my appointment and didn't have to wait to be serviced. I was offered a drink and they ordered me a complimentary uber to work. It took them a while to get me a loaner but they delivered and had my car ready quickly. so quickly that i didn't use all the gas in the loaner but Raul provided me with a complimentary amazon gift card for the inconvenience! I took my car in because my passenger door was not opening. Apparently, something was broken. When they gave me my car back it was in such a worse state than when I took it in. It was dirty, tints were ripped, parts from the inside were broken and popping out, and to top it off it seems like they hit my car and tried to paint over it. Now they won’t answer my calls!! Worst experience ever!
