ig Burton could improve by hiring knowledgeable sales people and getting a better service department. Go elsewhere for your dodge needs, whether it be sales or service.
RecommendedSpecifically, the Service Department for me was great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, eager to please. So different from previous occupants.
I called IG BURTON Berlin(down the road from my job) to schedule an appt for my Wrangler's Safety Recall V01. I was told by the Service Manager, "We don't have the part, check back with us!" So I call PRESTON JEEP Millsboro(close to home) to schedule it. Service Dept tells me, "Sure, we'll order the part for you. It will arrive in 3days and it will take 1/2 a day. Can you bring your Jeep on Monday?" ABSOLUTELY! Thank You AGAIN, IG Burton, for proving that PRESTON JEEP MILLSBORO is where I we should ALWAYS take Our Jeeps!!!
Bryant and the staff were very helpful and very informative and nice... I had an awesome experience with them and definitely recommend them to everyone in need of a car/truck/suv

I brought my 2013 chevy equinox at the Seaford store but live in Berlin I call to set a oil change for the last two days and no-one answered or return my calls after leaving several voicemails with Ginger!
Bryant and Tim are some of the best salesmen I know, great atmosphere
I would recommend Bryant Sterling for anyone searching for a new car! He seems to have excellent customer service skills, and he definitely knows his stuff when it comes to any certain type of vehicle!!! I know EXACTLY where and WHO I’m going to next time I’m on the hunt for a new ride!!!
I am beyond disbelief in the service I received while getting my truck repaired today not to mention the lack of knowledge and total disrespect.. If a member of management wants to discuss it please contact me directly. I will tell everyone I know to not deal with this dealership. EVERYONE stay away. Buyers beware!
