This is one of the worse car dealerships And sales managers Brandon Betts, my husbandand I have ever dealt with.My husband had a verbal agreement to purchase a new Jeep wrangler Sahara in Bikini Color with the one touch roof. If I could give a zero I would! This dealership is one of the absolute worse I have ever dealt with and needs to go out of business I would never buy a vehicle from here BUYERS BE WARNED... We came to look at this jeep on Friday August 7,2020, we dealt with Lauren that night and another manager & sales guy(names unknow) we test drove it, and then discussed that I wanted a different set of tires/rims. RecommendedYesterday while at the beach I lost my only car key, three hours from home. This company took what was a really stressful experience and made it not so bad. They were kind and compassionate (even when I started crying on the phone lol). They definitely have my business if I'm in the area again.

Great experience today with IG in Berlin. Tim Collins is a gentleman and did everything he could to work with the team to help me out. Highly recommended. I didn’t feel pressured. I loved the entire experience.
I was in the showroom about six months ago on one of those free drawing/key gimics they run. I looked at a used Jeep Wrangler. Salesman proceeded to insult me and my car. Stated my good running 2004 Toyota Camry was a ladies car. Not the way to sell cars by insulting your customer or degrading his current ride. Left the showroom and never went back. Evidently poor sales team and or management.
Service department are pirates! Charged me $350 for an oil change and a gas cap! They just lost my business and future sales.
If you need a car go see Bryant Sterling!!! He is great got me out of a brand new truck that I just didn’t love and into something that I love!!! Him and all the staff made it a great experience all around. Highly recommend Bryant for anything you need!!!
