RecommendedBerkshire Hathaway agent James Burris help me sell my house in Osborn. He was professional, he listened and did everything in his power to make the sale go as smoothly as possible. He helped fix issues with the Title company when they arose, he even helped out with continued communication problems with the buyers real estate agent. I would recommend James to represent you as buyer or seller agent he will go above his normal duty to make sure you are taken care of!
Frank Leone was amazing! The week we put our home on the market was the weekend of Father’s Day, so no showing. First open house the following weekend, we had two showings on that Monday with a pending offer. Frank walked us through every step and was a tremendous help in guiding us through the paperwork and letting us know the next step before it happened. Answered the phone no matter what time of day. It was a great experience.
Buyer wanted 45 day close.. on closing day agent called saying close bumped one day. Truck already loaded. Next day my daughter called her Berkshire Hathaway agent asking what time the close was? Her agent waited till 6 P. M. on closing day to tell her that close wouldn't happen that day! Daughter had already paid for biggest uhaul, paid loaders, household on truck, utilities turned off, paid earnest money for new house (contingent on selling home she lived in), paid $330 appraisal on new house, all her food spoiled (Friday)... read more
