I purchased a home from David A. Luttinger who also was the previous owner of the home he sold to me in October 2021. I recently found out that there is not any insulation in the entire home including the attic. The house appeared to be totally remodeled. Everytime it rains it floods in the basement. This is my first home. He appeared to be an honest, trustworthy owner/seller. It's really disappointing to know that as a disabled single mother that someone knowingly would do this to someone. Almost one year ago I moved into the home that John Stomps found for me. This is the best home and community that I have ever lived in; it was precisely what I was looking for and meets my every need. John understood the issues that I deal with in daily living. John stoomps from this real estate place had broad and James towing tow place a tow away sign on one of his property s that he rents too me and then had my antique car removed and told me too take it out the rent a week later i received a eviction letter. What he dont too know is my car is worth more then the ran down apartment i lived in for 20 years now i guess the only thing weststone high school taught him was to be scandalous and a slum lord in his future i went too weststone high school myself and was taught better the... read more
