Craig did an amazing job at helping us figure out what we needed to do to our house to get it ready to show. Our house needed a lot of work, because it was old and had been somewhat neglected. He helped us find vendors that could do the work quickly and at a reasonable price, which can be difficult to do (especially in a rural area.) Dawne is very knowledgeable and really knows the real estate business. She not only set us up on a search to find our home, but kept watch and let us know right away when she saw something we might be interested in. We started out not really knowing what we wanted or where we wanted to be and Dawne helped us figure it out. We never had to wait for a response to our texts and has continued to be a great source of information. Very impressive and we highly recommend her. You can’t go wrong using Dawne as your realtor.
In my opinion Debbie is one of the best in the area. Have bought and sold several properties with her help. She knows the market very well and makes the process simple and painless.
