Berkshire54 Carrboro location is a great community to reside! What stands out is the amazing office staff, grounds keepers and “Dave”....prompt and excellent in responding to our needs and requests, no matter what the weather/ Dave gets to us and resolves the issue(s)! Great experience after these apartments were taken over by new management. Previous management was condescending, not helpful, and they "lost" my rent (luckily I had proof of payment). Since being under new management, I have been very pleased. The updates they completed are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area is great. I do wish the fitness center was a little nicer, but overall great experience.
Been here for about 10 years. I love it ! Especially now under new management. Everytime I say it can't get no better it does here. New fire pit and exotic pool. Give you that Caribbean feeling.
I have lived here for a few years. The staff are very friendly and caring about their residents. If you have a problem at your apartment, it will be fixed the same day or the next day. You can talk to them and ask advice about things . You can plant a small flower bed or vegetable garden. They always have something special going on for the tenants and events for the children as well. The grounds and pool are well maintained so your home is enjoyable.
Berkshire 54 is a wonderful place to live. We would love for the business center to get an upgrade/update on the WI-FI and the printer connection. Other than that the upgrades are nice and my wife and I love our Home!!!
Love the new renovations and friendly staff!
