I've been living here for a year now and so far my experiences have been great! Quick maintenance services, nice swimming pools, new and quiet apartments and what I love the most is the convenient location to groceries stores, restaurants and bus stops.
I love living at Berkshire 54! The maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH. David always comes through and fixes any problem we have in a timely manner. The pool is great and the new fire pit addition is absolutely beautiful! The only downside is the windows! If we could get window updates I'd be over the moon!!
This is definitely a high quality apartment complex. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very well priced. I was even able to get my first months free! I would recommend Berkshire to anyone looking for housing in Carrboro or Chapel Hill.
I have really enjoyed the year and a half I've been at Berkshire 54. It's super convenient to Carrboro restaurants, stores, and activities, not to mention my job. The staff is friendly and efficient and did I mention free cable. Overall, a great place to live...and swim🐬🍀🌈

I love these apartments and I’m here to get the 1 month free . I love my view and the people at the office it’s wonderful. And the best parts are the pool it’s wonderful and big . Thank you
