this place is a embarrassment to the south side. Maintenance is a joke. You literally have to act just as ignorant as the office staff to get ANY kind of work done. This months office attendant told me us having no AC for 3 days with it being 90+ degrees outside is NOT emergency maintenance problem, but if you call the emergency maintenance line its the 2nd thing they mention. lmao PURE LAZY STAFF! not to mention the broken bottles that litter the sidewalks where people walk and kids play and ride their bikes FOR WELL OVER 2... read more
Ive always had issues with the office staff here. Well today i went to explain that i did in fact turn my ex wives keys to her old apt here in to one of the office staff and they said i didnt. Basically calling me a liar! She asked, theres only 3 people in this office how do you not remember who you gave the key to?? Really?? its been almost 2 months and umm i have a busy life so NO i dont remember!! They are always condescending and rude! One month to go and i apply to buy a house!! Office staff ignores phone calls and maintenance requests. Bugs and mice all the time. Our back gate/fence has been broke for 2 years now and they refuse to fix it! All they tell us are they are still waiting on the materials. This is the worst place I have ever lived! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE of you can help it at all.
Everything. Including the women working the leasing office. Terrible attitudes and condescending as all. Noisy 24/7, animals running loose outside all the time, kids running in front of everyone’s walkways and front doors. “Visitor parking” is just an excuse so they can tow you as well. Thanks guys, love it SOOOO much.

Constantly having to deal with noisy neighbors that like to play Loud Music late at night. She was forever waking up my kids at all hours of the night. My nine-year-old daughter started having trouble staying awake in class and my 18 month old son would wail when he was woken up.
