I will not buy anywhere else Alan and Dan have always taken care of me from the first time I call and say "hey I'm looking for this, what you got" to a month or two after the sell they call and say "how is everything going? I was a bit wary of going to a small dealership, but am so very happy that we did. Was looking to buy a car for my mom and wanted it to be dependable and get a good price. Michael our sales guy was great to work with and the entire staff was awesome. To see the smile on my mom's face after she drove away with her "new" car was priceless. Am planning to go back and my next car from these guys.
Very welcoming and truthful. BM financed us when no one else would.The body and mechanical warranties are handled seamlessly in house and honorable. Working with the receivables department is hassle free even when I was between jobs. Over a year into my RV loan and I have no regrets and life is better than a year ago with their help
Bought our first trailer a few weeks ago from Berkenkotter Motors. By far one of the easiest buying processes ever. After showing us a few models and listening to our wants/needs they helped us find the best fit for our lifestyle. Dan and Glen took such good care of us from making sure everything was fixed on the car we got before the purchase as well as driving the car home to even giving us some hot sauce. Overall great buying experience. 10/10
I bought a 2004 Land Rover on May and include the extended warranty, 5 weeks later water pump broke and the engine over heat. Took vehicle to dealer and they call me 2 days later and told me that I need a new engine but it was too expensive to fixed. The owner Dan call me and told me that the warranty will give me another vehicle of the same value and I will keep paying for my old one. Basically, I was screwed. I found myself between a truck and a hard place. My truck that I had purchased from big Ford 3 years ago, had collapsed and I had had enough. I called up Harti at berkenkotter in colorado springs. He took my information, took down what I could pay down (not much) and then put me in touch with the castle rock guys Glenn and Frankie to get me taken care of. I went to the brighton store to buy a pickup and that was the best buying experience I have ever had there is no pressure to buy a vehicle. After I purchased my truck a week later the fuel sending unit went out so I called the owner Dan and he said that even though it was not covered under the warranty that he would replace it or he would just pay for the part over the phone and I could replace it my self and he kept to his word he paid for the part and I replaced it and now the truck is back running again.
