I have never written an online review before, but felt compelled to after the great experience I had at Berkenkotter Motors! Frankie was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The entire staff was pleasant and made my whole car buying experience easy. Berkenkotter Motors will definitely be my first and only choice when I buy my next car.
The guys at Berkenkotter were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me every step of the way. They got me into the perfect vehicle for me at a competitive price. These are the guys I'll buy cars from for years.
We purchased a toy hauler. They discounted the price to allow money to replace the battery that wasn't working. We were able to water test the camper on their facility. We found water was left in the camper which had frozen and broken a water filter. They used great effort to find this part and replace it. Apparently camper parts are not easy to find.
I bought a Honda Element last week from Berkenkotter Motors in Castle Rock CO. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only were Frankie and Dan extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable, they came up with ideas that solved some unique problems that I had to overcome to make the purchase. Frankie even went so far as to help me with my insurance company down the street, who were stalling in paying a claim, so that I could get the car I wanted.
