We went to four dealerships before making the drive to Castle Rock and are so glad we did. Awesome guys (and Pickles) to work with! Dan, Allan, Wade and BJ made the process from beginning to end stress free. Small town, home town experience. No raised platforms with glassed in desks with sales people running back and forth to see if they can make the deal. We sat down, had a conversation and came away with a great truck at a great price! Highly recommended! We WILL be back when we need another vehicle!
Berkenkotter Motors is a fantastic dealership! I originally bought a car last August and it ran perfectly. Unfortunately I totaled the car but Dan Berkenkotter came to my rescue to make sure I was able to get into a new car to drive as soon as possible. While shopping for a used camper trailer on line, I found one at Berkenkotter Motors. The salesman, Frank Mendola showed me the trailer and had everything turned on so I could see that everything worked on it before talking price. Frank worked with me on the price and I felt very comfortable with what we agreed on. The whole deal was handled very smoothly and professionally. I recently purchased a used Dodge Ram 2500 from Berkenkotter. The experience was far superior to any other dealership experience I had. They gave me a great deal, and were extremely helpful in getting me out from under my old truck, and into the new one with minimal issue. I would highly recommend Berkenkotter motors!
