Berken persistently & efficiently fixed my furnace until it was correctly repaired! The customer service was excellent & the cost was right. They did the correct, generous thing...I only paid for the initial service/parts. :)
Unable to repair 2+ year old furnace they installed cane out 4x and continued to charge on 5th time asked for no charge but they stated would charge me. Had to find another furnace co to repair furnace. Sent letter to owner and no response. So put in complaint to BBB. Owners do not care that my furnace was not working and technicians unable to repair
