Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

The dentist and dental hygienist are not the problem in this office. They are actually pretty good. My problem is with the receptionist and whoever creates the appointments. She is very nasty and not very helpful or accommodating. If you do not mind that by all means go there, but aware if you are late or miss an appointment they will charge you $25 even if you don't know their policy even if you are new patients. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
