I fully support all teachers May 1st as a parent with students in elementary, middle, and high school. Teachers need better pay and we need smaller classrooms for our children! I would be highly disappointed if any teacher fighting for this receive any ramifications. I want to also add that I love my children’s teachers and they deserve way more! my 9 yrs old has had his life threatened 4 times and not a thing has been done about it. Cross Elementary is about as bad as they come. please if u have a option do not send your kid here.
We have been going in circles with the county bus system. Our bus stop was removed and they are arguing any walk under 1.5 miles is safe for a 5 year old to walk. Budget or Safety first?

Berkeley county schools are horrible when it comes to bullying. My son was bullied, got into a fight and was suspended. Had a meeting with assistant superintendent and nothing has been done. My son is still being bullied . But us as parents can't go to school and be passionate about our kids bc if you do you will be locked up. This is ridiculous. So now what do we do?!
Feeling very frustrated. My car was in hit in front of Stratford High while picking up my sick son last Wednesday. We know the school has cameras and there could not have been that many people leaving the school while I was picking up my son. I was told I was only in the school for six minutes. Why is it being so difficult gaining assistance in identifying who backed in my car?
