My experience was great I went there checked the car out & drove off the lot with it!
We purchased a vehicle from Bergey's. The whole experience was very courteous and professional. Worth the drive to the location. Would highly recommended purchasing from them. I know i will go back.
Sales person was quick to respond and very helpful. No pressure! Unfortunately, the product available did not meet our need/expectation.Would have been nice place to Just Do The Deal as they say.
Horrible dealer car was sold by the time I arrived for my scheduled appt.
The staff was nice to my wife but would not move on the price of this high mile care. Maybe if it would have been a SEL premium Maybe would have made the deal. I found a 2012 model with only 45,000 less and SEL Premium.
Didn't buy the SRX instead bought a buick enclave. Everybody was pleasant, no pressure on us. They went thru the steps of new car electronics which was helpful but I still have questions and is looking at the manual and slowly getting better at it. Found that the passenger head rest will not move front or back like the drives seat does. will have out local Buick dealer check on it.
