Prompt response but the car I was interested in was sold. Would purchase from them as I bought a car from the Chevy location a few years ago and it was professional.
Overall a good experience, I was contacted by email within 12 hours, and I explained to the internet manager about setting up a appointment to come and view the vehicle, Ms. Davis was helpful and informative as to trying to accommodate my schedule and the availability of the car.
Dealer was great ended up buying this truck. They responded quick and and was patient while I got my own financing.

Watch yourself it’s the old bait and switch tactic being used here. I scheduled an appointment and verified the night before to see 2 different 2015 Acadias. I traveled 1 hr and 45 min I and asked if they sold please let me know. When I show up I’m told that both vehicles were sold. After a brief walk away by the salesman I was conveniently informed that they do have a 2016 Acadia that is of coarse more expensive if I would like to look at it. Complete Garbage !!!!
