When I arrived, the car was exactly as described on Car Gurus. Dave was friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. He was patient with me as I test drove it twice and continued to test drive other vehicles. The finance experience was quick and easy. They did not try to sell me add-ons , just listed them for me and let me decide.
They contacted me right away to see if I had any additional questions.
When I called, the car was already sold. They did a search on the same range of cars, did a good job in searching cars, I couldn't find one that suites me, missed buying one from them.

Dealer was prompt and return my message with a decent turn around time. Was unable to make a deal but I received good communication.
Contact and staff were great unfortunately the truck was over budget. They had a lot of nice looking trucks!!

Excellent. In one instance I was looking at a truck and after initial discussions they called me back and said the truck was pulled from the lot and sent to auction because they found a problem. So I was glad they did not try to sell a vehicle with a known issue. Later on a had a great experience, a no pressure sales experience, then giving us a great deal with their final bottom line price.
