5 stars again.......very professional .........makes an unpleasant situation manageable
I went to Bergen Oral when my regular dentist was out of town. They were extremely courteous, professional & made me feel at ease during the entire process. Dr. Diamond was a master at his craft and before I knew it, my procedure was over and left with instructions to aid me in the healing process. I recommend this group without hesitation

I appreciate your quest for taking any steps necessary to improve ways that would make the patient feel more comfortable....but, quite frankly I can't truly think of a thing. I would like to comment on the return of the fee paid in that it was most certainly a surprise, and very appreciated. Dr Novelli along with is medical staff and the office staff of Bergen Oral are amazing..I have never had a better more honest and pain free dental experience in my lifetime. Highly recommend
Finding out I had to have my tooth extracted left me feeling stressed and anxious. The day of the appointment I was extremely nervous and apprehensive, however, Dr. Diamond was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything to me and told me I would feel no pain during the extraction which put me at ease. During the procedure he told me when I would hear cracking and assured me I would be fine. Very satisfied. The staff was helpful and Dr. Han reassuring. I'm happy to be rid of this awful wisdom tooth that has been an issue for a long time.Now in recovery mode.
