Everyone was very nice and helpful. From the front desk, Ana, to the surgical staff, dr Diamond and Caitlin, everyone was very curtious and professional. Having a tooth pulled isn’t exactly fun. Everyone made the experience much easier. Thank you so much Maureen

This practice is excellent. I came to them needing a tooth extracted. Dr. Novelli and his staff were kind and caring. They explained everything and although I can't say I look forward to having another extraction, I left smiling. They are Terrific. I have had the pleasure of their services in the past and can highly recommend them.
The doctor and staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient. The entire procedure was explained thoroughly. I would recommend Dr. Moss without any reservations.

This was my second surgery from Bergen Oral. The first was in Hackensack and the second in their Ridgewood Office. Both visits were performed by Dr Han. I am completely satisfied from both procedure. The staff were nice and attentive. Dr Han makes you comfortable and relax and he has very good hands.
I feel the procedure went very well, but I thought the doctor would have done more of the explaining, rather than the nurse. I do understand though, that I was a last ,inure addition to the schedule for the day. However, I was disappointed that the doctor never stopped in to touch base with me after the procedure. I was sent home without ever seeing him, and no one ever called to follow up in the following days.
