I was in for an extraction and prep for implant. I was awake. Anesthesia was local. I would have liked the Dr. to have explained the various steps during the procedure. What were the cracking noises I heard?
The thought about getting a tooth pulled is scary. However the actual experience was easy.
Great offices, great personnel, very accommodating, professional and great doctor(s). I give it five stars!
I had an excellent experience with Dr Novelli and his office staff in both the Hackensack and Ridgewood offices! I came in as an emergency visit on a Friday at 4pm and they took me immediately, explained the procedure, what to expect, and scheduled follow up visits (I was there for incision and drainage of an infection in my gums). I was terrified and everyone in the office did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable (reception, billing, assistants, doctor). My experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Angela Illuzzi-Russo is a skilled professional. She explained the procedure clearly, and she did not hurry me through any phase of her work. If I ever need oral surgery in the future, I will request her care.
Excellent and care was taken on my first tooth pulled.
I could not recommend Dr. Han any more highly. He and his entire staff were over the top caring and accommodating. They explained everything that was going to take place and walked me through everything with incredible care and concern. They were incredible!
My experience at BOMS was amazing. When I arrived, I was feeling nervous. The staff quickly made me feel comfortable and confident. Dr Han is a great surgeon and provided the best experience. I highly recommend this office if you want a kind and caring doctor and staff, and excellent treatment.
Dr. Russo was great. Procedure went without a hitch. Loved that she called later in the day to check on my son.
