I live in Florida and I picked up my daughter in Phenix City Alabama. We came up to Ruby falls and my e320 went into limp mode. I left a voicemail and received a text starting at about 9:00 pm. LeBron text me till I think about 11:00 pm. I had to go back to Florida and he stayed in touch the entire time. LeBron was unbelievable. This man really knows Mercedes Cars. He diagnosed and replaced my faulty ECM with a used unit for a fraction of the price the dealer would have charged. His communication was exceptional, keeping me posted by text all along the repair process, including photos. I would highly recommend Benz Care Auto to anyone with a Mercedes.
