New change of management companies = terrible service. Moved out about a month about to Bell Fair Oaks - much better service. Both my boyfriend and myself had tried via e-mail and phone to contact them 7 times over the past two weeks regarding the move-out inspection follow-up without any response at all. The management company before had their faults, but was at least responsive. The previous maintenance team even came out after hours to address issues for us. My boy friend and I have lived here for just over a year and we love it. It’s a very Nice neighborhood, it has an amazing dog park, pool, gym, playground, it’s clean and I never have a parking problem. My maintenance requests are always filled relatively fast. It’s the perfect place for first time apartment renters.

I was asking for them to replace the carpets for a year and they didn't until I moved out and they charged me $1000 for new carpet and remodeling the kitchen in addition to keeping my deposit! Then they raised the rent $250 after I moved! There were always police cars and helicopters flying over head! There were several drug dealers that lived there and several people in the back were broken in by thieves while they were there!
