RecommendedLiving in Bent tree Apartments is an excellent choice, the community is very friendly. It is a beautiful place and if you like nature it is more. It is very comfortable, it is central and the customer service is excellent. My family and I are very happy living here
I have been living in Bent Tree for two years now, and I am very happy with my choice to live her, the staff of the leasing nd maintenance office are very kind. They always take care of the maintenance of the common areas ande the answer for any requirement is immediate. My family and I are very happy, my children enjoy the recreational areas and we enjoy the comforts and tranquility that gives us live here
Just moved in about a few weeks ago and the place is perfect. We love the hardwood floors along with the location! We love the dog parks in the complex. We take our dogs there probably 2 to 3 times a week just to get them out and running. The leasing office has been helpful with moving in. They were also very patient with us while we were deciding which place to rent out. My wife and I came here probably about 3 times before we made up our mind.
As a new resident it has been a wonderful experience to live here. The leasing office staff is so kind, thoughtful and professional and have exceeded my expectations. They have even helped me load boxes to my car from the UPS. The maintenance crew is always friendly, respectful, and performs with knowledgeable experience while working in a quick timely manner to get the job done right. Great additions being added to the community. Staff that cares! Beautiful interiors and ability to upgrade to their Premier homes. Come check them out!
The worst place to leave. There are too many changes, many projects started at the same time (a whole mess everywhere, a completely disaster) but none have ended. Some or most of their information on their website are not true, they are lying as for example the photos are fixed, the smart home technology now available in all homes is a lie; Apart from mine, I have six- seven known neighbors and none have smart homes. visitor's parking policy has to change because one of our visitors was towed after being parked for about 6 hours and the leasing manager just felt sorry for it. Same cars have been parking on the visitors space and they always get away with it. also my cars have been scratched because the parking spaces are too small.
This is a great place to live! There is a lot of improvement done in the complex and staff are great. They are always helpful and kind. We love them and love our apartment!
